I was blown away by the elegance and style of this hotel. I seemed like a VIP. The staff at the reception were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were beautifully designed and looked super fresh. The spa was a haven of tranquility, and I loved that they provided access to bicycles for exploring the area. The location of the hotel was perfect, with fine views and easy access to the beach. I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious getaway.

This hotel is luxurious and exceeded my expectations. the exclusive amenities at the Spa & Wellness Centre were exceptional. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation. the location of the hotel is perfect, with beach access just a few meters away. the massage and spa lounge were top-notch.
The room lacked an espresso machine, which would have added to the amazing in-room breakfast. this was a minor issue and did not diminish my overall experience.

Beautiful architecture, professional staff, amazing spa and pool. Helpful staff recommended wineries in Douro Valley. Wonderful breakfast, clean and modern rooms with spectacular views. Michelin star restaurant was amazing. Exceptional stay, staff goes above expectations. Easy access to walks and beaches. Complimentary shuttle to city center. Safe in room fits laptop, great WiFi. Friendly English-speaking staff. Varied breakfast options with made-to-order items. Elegant and pampering experience, friendly and respectful receptionists. Gorgeous food, stylish rooms. Cosy and elegant spa, small but well-equipped gym. A luxurious gem at the beach.

I had an incredible stay at a beautiful 5-star hotel close to the ocean. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the historic center of the city and just a quick taxi ride from the airport. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a sunny balcony that offered stunning views of the garden and the sea. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the spa and pool facilities were top-notch. I also enjoyed dining at the informal restaurant, where the food was fantastic.
The lack of hooks/bars in the bathroom and the room to hang towels or jackets quickly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The concierge provided great recommendations for activities. The food and drinks were excellent, especially the ham at breakfast. The beds were comfy, the rooms quiet and dark for good sleep. The hotel had a great garden and sea view, with sunny balconies. The spa/pool facilities were excellent and easily accessible. The hotel had a perfect location, within walking distance or a fun bus ride to restaurants. The hotel bikes were a nice touch.
Felt like relaxing at home, nothing too much trouble.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The gym, although small, was well-equipped, and the spa was cozy and elegant. The location on the seafront was perfect, great to enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The breakfast provided a small but exclusive variety of local and international bites. The staff was great, offering 24/7 room service and ensuring that our needs were met.
There was nothing we didn't like.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the attention to detail and the friendly staff at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options including fresh oysters and champagne. The spa and pool facilities were also excellent, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. the hotel's location, just across from the beach and close to the airport, was an added convenience.
There were a few aspects that we found disappointing. The pillows provided in the room were uncomfortable, resulting in two sleepless nights.
